REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

SOME SAY IT TASTES EVEN BETTER REHEATED!

Turn your oven on to 160c

Add a liquid to an oven tray so it has roughly 5ml covering the bottom. (beef or chicken stock is fine or use your favourite) and/OR even pour a bit of your favourite sauce in if you like.

Place meat IN tray and try to scrape out everything that is in the vac sealed bag. Brisket, pork, bites, BEEF RIBS, CHICKEN WINGS & SNAGS are fine in the same tray. Cover with foil. Heat until temperature is a minimum 75c before serving/consuming. If below 75c keep heating until it reaches temperature. 

Beans – reheat in oven or microwave til hot all the way through (75c)

Mac n cheese –  Place cheese tray in MICROWAVE with LID CRACKED, heat until cheese sauce is a liquid. Remove and pour in Macaroni and stir until Mac is covered sufficiently, PLACE BACK IN MICROWAVE until Macaroni is hot (75c)

If you don’t plan on consuming your food in the first couple of days we highly recommend freezing it right away until you’re ready. Safe to be frozen for 3 months
